(1) The specific process of import

1. You should know whether the fruit to be imported is included in the list of permitted fruits to be imported. For details, please refer to the "List of Types of Fruits Permitted to Import in China and Export Countries/Regions" on the website of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

2. If the fruit to be imported is in the list of permitted imported fruits, it should be judged whether the fruit variety is allowed to enter from a certain port. At present, the port can import all imported fruit varieties allowed by my country. If imported from other ports, please consult the local inspection and quarantine bureau.

3. Before the import declaration of fruits, they should go through quarantine approval and obtain the "Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine License".

(2) Approval process

For the approval of fruit imports from a certain port, the Ningbo Bureau is responsible for the initial review, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine is responsible for the final review. Approval takes place online and the entire workflow has a time limit of 20 working days. When applying for online quarantine approval, enterprises should pay attention to:

1. Approval should be handled before the contract is signed;

2. The applicant enterprise should be the consignee and the contract signer;

3. Those who apply for online approval for the first time first apply for an electronic key or purchase login software through Ninetowns Software Company for the approval process;

4. The license is valid for 6 months;

5. It can only be imported from the approved entry point.

(3) Precautions for import declaration of fruits

1. The fruit should come from the designated place of origin, orchard and packing plant.

2. The fruit packing box should be marked or marked with the fruit name, place of origin, name or code of the packing house.

3. The variety of fruits should be in accordance with the content of the license, the quantity should not exceed the licensed quantity, and no unapproved fruit types may be entrained.

4. Fruits should be free of soil, branches, leaves and dangerous pests such as diseases, insects and weeds that China is concerned about.

5. The content of pesticide residues, heavy metals and other toxic and harmful substances in fruits should comply with Chinese national standards.

6. Apply for the official phytosanitary certificate of the exporting country/region. Note: if it is shipped in a container, the container number should be reflected on the certificate; the consignee on the certificate and the consignee on the "Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine License" that have been processed and the person who signed the trade contract should be consistent; if If a bilateral agreement requires a special statement to be reflected on the certificate, it shall be declared.

7. If the bilateral agreement has special requirements, it shall be implemented in accordance with the bilateral protocol.
